The new branch builds on the established success of the group’s existing locations in Tarneit, Truganina, Rockbank, Point Cook, and Mickleham.

Led by Core Group partners Anil Malik, Mark Srivastava, and Dhaval Mehta, the expansion is launched in partnership with Ray White Elite Agent Sharath Rao, who steps into the role of selling principal.

The local team features sales manager Simran Kaur, sales agent Bhargesh Patel, people and culture manager Jaspreet Singh, operations and performance lead Amit Asija, and marketing manager Mudit Mahajan.

Ray White Core Group managing director Mark Srivastava said the team is focused on delivering high-value outcomes for the local market while setting ambitious first-year goals.

“Expanding into Beveridge is a natural next step for our group as we broaden our reach across Victoria's key growth corridors,” Mr Srivastava said.

“Our aim is to build Ray White Beveridge into the region's market leaders through local expertise, unshakeable integrity, and total transparency.

“In our first year, we are targeting 100 sales across residential properties, land, and home-and-land packages, alongside 100 new rental managements.”

Ray White Victoria CEO Domenic Belfiore welcomed the launch, praising the leadership team’s momentum and vision.

“The Core Group has created a phenomenal standard of service and culture across Melbourne’s north and west,” Mr Belfiore said.

“Mark, Anil, Dhaval, and Sharath bring extraordinary dedication and skill to every market they enter.

“Opening their seventh office in Beveridge is a fantastic achievement, and I have every confidence they will quickly become the go-to agency for the community.”
