Perth real estate business adds two locations and seven established salespeople as it continues rapid growth across Western Australia
Harcourts Property Specialists is expanding its Western Australian footprint with the opening of a new office in Subiaco and another in Hopetoun, taking the business to four locations across the state.
The expansion comes just 16 months after the business joined the Harcourts network in April 2025 and follows its third rent roll acquisition since joining the network.
The business is also strengthening its sales division, with seven established salespeople joining.
Harcourts Property Specialists has operated since 2003 and brings more than 30 years' experience managing property across the Perth metropolitan area. Since joining Harcourts, the business has received multiple awards, including Titanium Awards for property management growth, acquisition and performance.
“This is an exciting next step for our business,” said Victor Paz, Director & Licensee at Harcourts Property Specialists (pictured).
“We've built a strong property management business over many years, and these new locations give us an opportunity to continue that growth while also significantly expanding our sales offering.
“Subiaco is a natural fit for us geographically. We already manage properties across the city and surrounding northern and southern suburbs, so it allows us to strengthen the service we provide to clients across those markets.”
The new Hopetoun location will extend Harcourts Property Specialists' reach into the region, providing a local presence while drawing on the broader resources, experience and support of the Perth-based team. It also creates an opportunity to build stronger relationships with local property owners and buyers as demand continues to evolve across regional Western Australia.
The business has also built a distinctive multi-generational and multilingual team, with employees ranging from those who began their careers as trainees through to team members with more than 25 years' service.
Victor said joining Harcourts had been an important catalyst for the business's recent growth.
“The Harcourts brand has helped us successfully acquire three rent rolls, recruit key personnel and connect with customers at a national level through Harcourts Reach,” he said.
“We've also been through every kind of market over the past 30 years. That experience, combined with the strength of our team, gives us confidence to keep looking for opportunities to grow.”
Harcourts Property Specialists' commitment extends beyond real estate, with the business recently recognised at the Harcourts WA State Awards for its support of charitable and community organisations.
It supports Telethon, Purple Hands Foundation, Destiny Rescue, Rossmoyne Football Club and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce WA.
“This is exactly the kind of growth we want to see within the Harcourts network,” said Heather Edwards, CEO Harcourts WA. “Victor and his team have built a strong business, and this expansion is a great reflection of their ambition and confidence in the opportunities ahead.”
The opening of the new locations and expansion of the sales team marks another significant step for the business as it continues to build its presence across Western Australia.
