Two of South-East Brisbane’s most promising real estate professionals have stepped confidently into business ownership, launching their own independent brand backed by Agency HQ, following successful careers with Ray White Springfield.

With a proven history of performance and a strong presence across the local market, the pair decided it was time to chart their own course building a business under a model designed to empower agents to grow profitably while retaining full control of their operations.

Their new office will service Springfield Lakes, Spring Mountain, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Bellbird Park, Redbank Plains, Ripley, Greenbank and surrounding suburbs positioning the business at the heart of one of Queensland’s most dynamic growth corridors.

“Agency HQ built our personalised brand and marketing to fit our vision from day one,” the founders said.

“With no start-up costs, no lock-in contracts and full operational support, it gives us the freedom and cash flow to scale confidently. We’ve even launched property management without hiring staff  it was a no-brainer.”

Under the leadership of CEO Mark Morrison, Agency HQ has solidified its reputation as one of Australia’s fastest-growing networks for entrepreneurial agents.

A licensed agent and auctioneer with decades of experience, Morrison built the brand around a simple premise  that agents should own their future, not rent it.

This year, Agency HQ’s national growth trajectory has gained remarkable pace:

  • Western Australia welcomed new offices, including Kalgoorlie, marking a strategic move into the state’s expanding property markets.

  • The Northern Territory saw Agency HQ extend its footprint to Darwin, supporting agents across the Top End with full operational systems, marketing and compliance support.

  • Further member announcements are expected before year-end, continuing the company’s rapid east-to-west growth momentum.

“Our model continues to attract ambitious professionals who understand they are the brand,” Morrison said.

“They’re looking for financial freedom, operational flexibility and genuine equity in their business. We provide the platform they drive the results.”

This latest launch underscores a broader shift across the Australian real estate landscape: high-performing agents taking ownership of their careers.

As more professionals move away from legacy franchise models, Agency HQ’s scalable framework offers an alternative low overheads, powerful marketing, and complete autonomy backed by national infrastructure.

For consumers, the benefit is clear. Local agents are able to deliver boutique-level service with the reach, technology and support of a major network.

For agents, it’s the freedom to build a business that reflects their vision and values  without compromise.
