PM Collective Announces Super-Sized Coffee and Conversations for Real Estate Professionals

The PM Collective is thrilled to announce the largest Coffee and Conversations for Real Estate Professionals event to date, set to take place on 8 August 2025.
This super-sized gathering will unite real estate and property management professionals from all across Australia for a day of networking, learning, and meaningful connections.
An initiative launched in 2020, the PM Collective Coffee and Conversations events have grown to become an industry-first, promoting collaboration and support among real estate professionals.
With an ambitious goal of hosting 200 meet-ups annually in 2025, this landmark event is set to be the highlight of the year.
“This isn’t just another event; it’s a chance to build relationships, share insights, and celebrate the remarkable work being done in the industry,” says Rachel Atkin from Harcourts, one of the driving forces behind this initiative.
“For some, attending costly conferences isn’t always possible. That’s why these gatherings are so impactful. They’re accessible, engaging, and foster a real sense of community.”
Joining Rachel to bring this super-sized event to life are Jo Black from Black Book Solutions and Tanya Delkou from Baybridge Lawyers, who have played a pivotal role in ensuring its success and reach.
Together, they’ve envisioned a platform where professionals can not only relax and unwind but also tackle meaningful discussions about challenges and opportunities in the real estate and property management landscape.
Ms Black who runs the highly successful Sydney catch ups says "it's such a great catchup where people can feel part of something. For some, this is the only catch up they are part of, so there's a real feeling of connection and inclusivity in it.
