One Agency has concluded a landmark year of record growth, reinforcing its position as one of the real estate industry's most progressive networks. In 2025, the group welcomed 24 new offices across Australia and New Zealand, a significant expansion that signals renewed demand of its unique subscription-based business model.
This period of rapid growth was underpinned by a focus on technological advancement and member empowerment, highlighted by the launch of the ONE PLACE app, a mobile-optimised extension of the network's exclusive member portal. Available on iOS and Android, the app provides One Agency staff with seamless, on-the-go access to essential resources, training materials, and collaborative tools.
The year also marked significant achievements in the network’s regional and international presence. As One Agency celebrated its 10-year anniversary in New Zealand this year, the brand announced news of an upcoming strategic expansion into Papua New Guinea, establishing a new frontier for the network.
Capping off this transformative year, One Agency was recently named a Finalist for Major Network Trailblazer (Over 40 Offices) in the 2025 Real Estate Today Trailblazer Awards. This prestigious nomination serves as industry recognition of the network's leadership, strategic innovation, and operational excellence.
Paul Davies, Founder and CEO of One Agency, commented on the year's success. "2025 was a year of deliberate and strategic advancement. Adding 24 new offices is not just about scale; it represents the industry choosing a model that offers true business ownership and control.”
“Our growth is a direct reflection of our core philosophy: empower the agent, and you elevate the entire industry."
Global Head of Membership, Mindy Powell-Hodges, agreed, saying, "Our success in 2025, from our network growth and international expansion to our industry accolades, is built upon a commitment to providing a platform where agents and principals can build future-proof businesses."
“With several offices already lined up to launch in early 2026, our focus remains fixed on strategic innovation and calculated growth,” said Mrs Powell-Hodges.
