NAI Harcourts Pinnacle is celebrating a double finalist position at the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence.
NAI Harcourts Pinnacle has been named a finalist for Commercial & Industrial Agency of the Year, while NAI Harcourts Pinnacle’s Commercial Property Management Head of Department, Sash Naidoo, has been named a finalist for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
The REIQ Awards for Excellence provide a stage for Queensland’s stand-out real estate professionals and agencies to be recognised, celebrating best practice, high performance and the standards being set across the industry.
For NAI Harcourts Pinnacle, the two finalist positions are recognition of the strength of its commercial operation and the people behind it.
Tom Donnelly, Head of NAI Harcourts Commercial, said the dual recognition was a reflection of the broader team.
“Being recognised in two categories is a great result for the NAI Harcourts Pinnacle team. It reflects the depth of talent we have across our commercial business and, importantly, the way our people work together to deliver for our clients.
“The commercial property market is demanding and competitive. To be recognised alongside some of Queensland’s best agencies and professionals is something the whole team should be proud of.”
NAI Harcourts Pinnacle Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Phil Grant said the nominations reflected the team and their consistent dedication.
“For us, receiving this recognition for the second year in a row is a true testament to how hard the team worked not just in the year overall but day to day, month to month, through the ups and the downs.”
“The agency nomination and Sash’s individual nomination are a great acknowledgement of the people and culture we have built at NAI Harcourts Pinnacle. We’re incredibly proud of both.”
For Sash Naidoo, being named a finalist is an individual achievement, but one she sees as a reflection of the wider property management team.
“I’m incredibly proud to be named a finalist but this award is a reflection of the work that the team do everyday. I would not have been given this opportunity if it wasn't because of their dedication and hard work.”
“Our clients trust us to look after some very important parts of their businesses, and I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built and the standard of service we aim to deliver.”
The 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence will bring together Queensland’s leading real estate professionals on 31 October 2026 at The Star Brisbane, with winners to be announced on the night.
For NAI Harcourts Pinnacle, having finalists recognised across both agency and individual categories is a significant acknowledgement of the people, relationships and standards underpinning its commercial business.
