Award-winning Queensland agent joins the growing Harcourts Pinnacle team
Harcourts Pinnacle has welcomed experienced residential sales agent Cara Schwartz to its growing team, with the Queensland agent returning to the Harcourts network after building her career and establishing herself in the industry.
Cara began her real estate career with Harcourts, describing herself as a “fresh, wide-eyed recruit” who was fortunate to learn from some of the industry’s best before finding her own path, building a team and developing a strong passion for real estate.
One of the defining moments of that early career came in 2023, when Cara was named Queensland’s Rising Star of the Year by the REIQ.
“The award I’m most particularly proud of is the very first one I achieved,” Cara said. “In 2023, the REIQ named me Queensland’s Rising Star of the Year. I’ll never forget how special it was, or how it accelerated my career by giving me the confidence that real estate is where I belong.”
Since becoming an independent agent, Cara has continued to develop her business and her approach to working with clients and teams.
Cara joined Harcourts Pinnacle after building a strong relationship with Managing Director Johnny Linn, bonding over their mutual commitment to fostering a supportive team culture.
"From the moment I became an independent agent, Johnny and I were aligned in building a team that genuinely boosts and supports one another," Cara said
“After years of catch-ups and getting an insight into how Harcourts Pinnacle operates, and understanding the knowledge, experience, culture and shared goals, the decision to change brands was easy.”
For Jonathan King, Chief Growth Officer, Harcourts Pinnacle, Cara’s appointment is another step in the agency’s continued growth.
“As Harcourts Pinnacle continues to expand, attracting talented people like Cara Schwartz is a key part of our growth strategy,” Mr King said.
“Cara brings enthusiasm, local market insight and a strong people-first approach that aligns perfectly with our culture. We’re excited about the value she’ll add to our clients, our team and the communities we serve.”
Mr King said the focus was also on supporting Cara’s continued development.
“Just as importantly, we’re looking forward to supporting Cara’s own professional growth and helping her build a long and successful career with Harcourts Pinnacle.”
For Cara, the move represents an exciting next step with a team and culture she already knows well.
“I can’t wait to work together and see where we go together as a team!” she said.
