REGROWTH Consultancy marks another triumphant study tour with 33 attendees,  participating in the annual leadership development collaboration.

This year’s trip  focussed on innovation and the adoption and importance of pausing and planning with  the adoption of AI, first party data, leadership and growth disciplines and structure,  centralised agency services and high-performance habits and rituals.

The Study Tours were founded to foster collaboration and support REGROWTH’s purpose of providing industry with meaningful choices to improve competencies,  competitive advantage and connection to improve sustainability and elevate the  reputation of the industry.

"As we celebrate this 4th sold-out study tour, we reflect on how grateful we are for the  collaboration of great humans and their appetite to continually improve and seek how  they can get better for their people and client. It’s inspiring.

The industries generosity to  share ideas and truth about what has worked and what hasn’t so we can all get better  together is truly unique and something not always supported in many other industries.

Day 1 included engaging office visits and sessions with the team at Ouwens Casserly,  Toop+Toop and dinner at Magill Estate. Magill Estate restaurant has been voted SA’s  best restaurant 4 years running and last year 18th in the world.

Day 2 included Elders  Limited to gain insights into distribution, acquisition, marketing and community  engagement, followed by Coopers Brewery to hear from the Chairman of the Board,  Glenn Cooper, about succession and board structures. Coopers Brewery is the only  Australian Brewery still trading and privately held, producing 1100 litres of beer a  minute.

Other dining experiences included a rooftop dinner party with live saxophonist and the  final night in McLaren Vale’s, Down the Rabbit Hole wines.

Day 3 concluded with a brains trust and ideas exchange at Cotality on leads, culture,  revenue opportunities and retention strategies.

With 20 of the attendees returning guests to REGROWTH’s study tour, it’s a true  testament to the value and friendships forged from these events.

The group attendees represented over 30,000 properties under management and over  20,000 sales.

With a footprint like this and an inspiring brains trust collaboration, it’s one of the industries must-attend events on the Real Estate Professional Development Calendar.
