One of the country’s longest-standing real estate networks is undertaking a sweeping transformation, as Professionals Real Estate prepares to unveil a reimagined brand and business strategy spanning Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.
The company, which pioneered the agency membership model in the 1970s, is setting its sights on the future with a comprehensive modernisation of its identity, operations and member services.
According to Chairman Ben Stevens, the evolution marks more than a visual refresh — it’s a strategic reset of how the group delivers value to its international network of over 190 offices.
“For nearly five decades, the Professionals name has held a trusted place in the property landscape,” said Stevens.
“What we’re doing now is building on that legacy by integrating smart design, leading tech partnerships, and a dedicated creative agency to take our member experience to a new level.”
CEO Sean Hanneberry, who took the reins in early 2025, is leading the charge.
He describes the transformation as a multi-million-dollar reinvestment in the network’s future, designed to strengthen both internal systems and public presence.
“At its core, we’re doubling down on what’s always made Professionals different — a focus on member success,” said Hanneberry.
“We’re shifting gears with purpose-built marketing tools, a restructured support framework, and renewed emphasis on innovation and training.”
The refresh includes strategic partnerships with platforms like Canva Enterprise, Salesforce, and Properti, with new digital tools now rolling out to member agencies.
These tools are designed to streamline local marketing efforts, link directly to community printers, and keep jobs in local hands.
A complete rebrand of shopfronts is also underway, giving every Professionals agency a sharp new look that reflects the brand’s future-forward positioning. The national rollout is expected to be finalised by year’s end.
“This isn’t just about standing out — it’s about leading the industry with clarity, confidence, and cohesion,” said Hanneberry. “We’re not here to follow trends; we’re here to define the next chapter in Australian real estate.”
