ONE AGENCY has launched ONE PLACE, a mobile-first platform developed in collaboration with Bespoke Media, aimed at overhauling the way real estate professionals operate across its network in Australia, New Zealand & Fiji.

Positioned as an internal ecosystem for the group’s 125+ offices and more than 750 members, ONE PLACE delivers a secure, centralised hub where agents can share off-market opportunities, buyer requests, marketing resources, and industry updates in real time — replacing the fragmented mix of emails, private social media groups, and outdated portals that have long slowed the flow of information across the industry.

The platform offers dedicated real-time collaboration spaces — branded as “Clubhouses” — tailored to core functions within the network, including Sales, BDMs, Property Management, and Directors.

Members can share files, attend webinars, collaborate on strategy, and connect with peers globally.

“These aren’t message boards — they’re actual communities,” said Bespoke Media CEO Nic Fren. “They feel like Facebook groups, but they’re built into your business infrastructure.”

To cut through the noise of crowded inboxes, the platform incorporates non-invasive push notifications — similar to Instagram or WhatsApp alerts — enabling head office to communicate updates instantly without disrupting workflows.

Commercial Potential for Industry Partners

In a move designed to deepen supplier engagement, ONE PLACE allows industry partners to integrate directly into the platform. They can contribute content, sponsor resources, and maintain 365-day brand visibility inside the network, creating an always-on channel for targeted, measurable exposure. With Aussie Homes becoming the platforms first major partner.

Why Now

ONE AGENCY CEO Paul Davies said the decision to build the platform was driven by shifting market dynamics and rising expectations from both consumers and agents.

“In a climate where speed, reach, and connection are non-negotiable, this platform gives our members an edge they can’t get anywhere else,” Davies said. “The market demands real-time collaboration — and ONE PLACE delivers it.”

Head of Global Membership Mindy Powell-Hodges said the platform is already reshaping how members interact across borders. “Our members now have a direct line to each other, regardless of geography,” Powell-Hodges said. “It’s breaking down silos, encouraging collaboration between markets, and creating a more connected, informed, and empowered network. That sense of instant, global connection is exactly what today’s agents need to compete.”

Future-Proof by Design

Built with a modular architecture, the app has been designed to adapt to future innovations, from AI-driven lead matching to enhanced analytics and marketing automation.

With early adoption rates already surpassing expectations, ONE AGENCY says the platform is set to become the backbone of its network’s operations — and a model for how modern real estate groups can integrat technology, community, and commercial partnerships in one environment.
