Jellis Craig has unveiled a refined new brand identity, marking the next phase in its evolution as one of Victoria’s most respected premium real estate agencies.
The refreshed branding follows an 18-month transformation process in collaboration with renowned creative agency, Principals.
The result is a contemporary visual identity that balances the agency’s strong heritage with a future-ready design—positioning Jellis Craig for continued growth in an increasingly competitive and digital property landscape.
CEO Andrew McCann said the shift was both timely and considered. “The property market has evolved rapidly, and it was important our brand reflected not just where we’ve come from, but where we’re headed,” he said.
“This isn’t about reinvention—it’s about refinement. We’ve taken what makes us recognisable and elevated it to meet modern expectations.”

A key feature of the update is a sleek single-line monogram, replacing the previous stacked logo format.
This streamlined design better suits digital environments—where client engagement often starts—and brings a new level of polish to the brand’s presence across online platforms.
Alongside the logo, a refreshed colour palette—featuring tones of carbon, sage, linen and white—has been introduced to add depth and sophistication across all marketing collateral.
The new visual elements will be rolled out across signage, brochures, business cards and more, delivering a cohesive and high-end aesthetic.

While the look may be evolving, the agency’s core values remain unchanged. Connection, integrity, and excellence continue to anchor the brand—now supported by a visual language that mirrors the premium quality of its service and people.
Head of Marketing Nichola Emmins, who led the rebrand project, said the new identity was about alignment.
“This update brings our visual presence in line with who we are today—a high-performing agency with a modern mindset and deep client focus.”
Tim Riches, Director at Principals, added: “Jellis Craig needed a brand that communicated ambition, approachability, and sophistication across a diverse and demanding marketplace.
We delivered a solution that is flexible, strategic, and built for the future.”
With this refreshed identity, Jellis Craig is poised to reinforce its market presence while continuing to lead with professionalism and innovation.
