Just a week after announcing its Keilor East expansion, the leading Melbourne agency has confirmed a major merger with Chisholm & Gamon — a respected force in the Port Phillip and Bayside property markets — marking another strategic move in its metropolitan growth plan.

Set to complete 12 September, the merger will unite Jellis Craig’s Albert Park office with Chisholm & Gamon’s Port Melbourne and Elwood locations.

Initially operating under a co-branded identity, the businesses will transition fully to Jellis Craig over time.

The leadership team from Jellis Craig Albert Park — Warwick Gardiner, Simon Gowling and Sam Hobbs — will collaborate with Chisholm & Gamon’s directors, including managing director Torsten Kasper, in what both brands are calling a values-aligned move.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be joining forces with the highly respected team at Chisholm & Gamon,” said Andrew McCann, CEO of Jellis Craig.

“They’re a top performer in Bayside, known for customer excellence and innovation — qualities we pride ourselves on as well.”

Kasper echoed the alignment: “This is a deliberate step forward. Jellis Craig’s commitment to technology, connected networks, and strategic vision fits seamlessly with our own focus on results and premium service.”

It’s the second bold play in as many weeks from the network, following Jellis Craig Moonee Valley’s acquisition of a prominent family-run agency in Keilor East — led by the Zoccali family: Basil, Rosa and Pat.

The Zoccalis bring decades of local expertise and strong community ties, which Jellis Craig says will now be amplified by the group’s systems, support and premium positioning.

“This partnership ensures they’ll continue to deliver that trusted, community-first service while now having access to the full power of the Jellis Craig network,” the brand said.

The moves signal Jellis Craig’s intent to dominate Melbourne’s lifestyle and prestige corridors, one local icon at a time.
