Australian data intelligence company iD4me has made its official debut in New Zealand, opening access to one of the most comprehensive databases of verified homeowner information available to Kiwi real estate professionals.
The expansion marks a major milestone for the proptech platform, which has become a household name in Australia for delivering verified, up-to-date contact details that help agents prospect smarter and strengthen client relationships.
After several years of preparation and consultation, iD4me now provides New Zealand agents with access to over 3.3 million verified mobile numbers and email addresses, with new homeowner records added daily.
The platform’s Australian counterpart already supports more than 19 million verified contacts, widely used by agents across every major network.
Meeting Agent Demand Across the Tasman
According to iD4me CEO Rahul Grover, the move was fuelled by consistent demand from New Zealand agents eager for more reliable data.
“From the moment we launched in Australia, the messages from across the Tasman began,” Mr Grover said. “Agents were still relying on manual research and door knocking to find the right people. We saw an opportunity to remove that friction and help them build real connections through accurate, verified information.”
The platform allows users to search by name, address, suburb, postcode, email, or phone number, returning instant, verified homeowner details within seconds. Designed with simplicity front of mind, iD4me’s interface feels closer to a search engine than a database, eliminating the need for lengthy training or setup.
Privacy, Compliance, and Transparency
Before launching in New Zealand, the iD4me team spent significant time ensuring full alignment with the country’s Privacy Act 2020 and upcoming legislative changes.
“Every record in iD4me is date-stamped and IP-logged,” Mr Grover explained. “If a homeowner ever asks where their information came from, we can show the exact point of collection. Transparency isn’t optional — it’s part of the trust we want to build between agents and the public.”

This compliance-driven approach ensures that agents can prospect confidently, knowing that every contact meets both ethical and legal standards.
Data That Levels the Playing Field
Unlike many data providers that license information only to head offices or large networks, iD4me’s model gives every agent equal access to verified data through a direct subscription.
“We’ve democratised data,” said Mr Grover. “Whether you’re part of a national group or running your own boutique brand, you have access to the same verified information. The difference is how you use it — the strategy, the consistency, the follow-up.”
This equal-access philosophy allows smaller offices to compete on the same playing field as large franchises, encouraging more balanced competition across the market.
Early Interest and What’s Next
The platform’s launch has already caught the attention of some of New Zealand’s most recognisable real estate brands, with agents from Bayleys, Barfoot & Thompson, and Harcourts among the early adopters.
Looking ahead, iD4me is developing AI-driven tools designed to streamline communication even further — including an app that identifies incoming callers by name and key property data before the call is answered.
These additions are expected to roll out progressively through 2026.
Despite its rapid expansion, Mr Grover said iD4me’s focus remains clear: helping agents work faster, build trust, and strengthen relationships.
“Our mission has always been simple — make life easier for agents. Everything else follows from that.”
