Harcourts has been recognised for its outstanding client service, with Harcourts South Australia winning Gold and Harcourts Western Australia securing Silver at the Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards for 2026.
This achievement marks the second consecutive year that Harcourts South Australia has received the Gold award, underscoring its consistent dedication to excellence.
Unlike many industry awards, the Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards are determined entirely by public opinion. Brands cannot apply or pay to be included; winners are chosen based on the results of one of Australia's largest independent consumer surveys.
This rigorous, unbiased process ensures that the recognition is a true reflection of customer satisfaction and trust. In today’s competitive market, this level of service excellence is a powerful differentiator that builds loyalty and influences consumer decisions.
"Run by Reader’s Digest, a brand trusted by Australians for over 70 years, the award carries strong consumer recognition and weight — helping brands stand out with an endorsement that resonates," said Sheron White, GM of Publishing and Sales Asia Pacific.
Heather Edwards, CEO Harcourts SA (pictured), highlighted the significance of the win, stating,
"These awards, coming as they have after Harcourts' wins in the Finder Awards - Most Recommended. Top Value. Loved Brand. - is recognition money can’t buy, or applications can’t win, it’s a direct result of your reviews and your trust in our service."
She extended her gratitude to the clients and communities whose support made the achievement possible.
"We are truly humbled and grateful for the confidence you’ve shown in us.
Every review, every recommendation – it all tells the story of the relationship we’ve built together, and that is something we treasure deeply."
