Harcourts NSW has announced the appointment of Toni Atkinson as Property Operations Manager, bringing her extensive experience in property management and operational excellence to support the company's growing network across New South Wales.

Ms Atkinson joins Harcourts NSW from a senior role as Special Projects Client Liaison and Support Manager at a leading property brand, a role that involved managing the customer facing aspects of the Rent Roll Sales, initiating contact to impacted owners to ensure awareness of the process, answering related questions, escalating any issues identified and effectively coordinating follow-up communication.

Prior to that she was a Strata Office Manager and Head of Department, where she was responsible for daily operations, client communication, business development, and property management.

Her comprehensive background includes handling client communications and complaints, mediating and negotiating to resolve conflicts, problem solving, and facilitating key operational processes.

"Toni's extensive experience and proven leadership make her the perfect fit for this role," says Andrew McCulloch, CEO of Harcourts NSW.

"We are confident that Toni’s skill set and dedication to excellence will drive our team to new heights," Mr McCulloch added.

Toni is equally enthusiastic about her new role, saying, "I’m thrilled to be joining Harcourts NSW and am eager to bring fresh ideas and energy to the team. My focus has always been on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and I look forward to continuing that here."

With a passion for property and a track record of delivering outstanding results, Toni is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of Harcourts NSW.

The appointment reflects Harcourts NSW's commitment to strengthening its property management operations and supporting network growth.

Among Ms Atkinson's most notable achievements in her previous role was developing and implementing programmes for employee mental health and wellness, alongside traineeship and mentorship initiatives.

These programmes demonstrate her commitment to building supportive workplace environments that benefit both staff and clients.

"I am thrilled to join Harcourts NSW and contribute to the company's continued success," continues Ms Atkinson. "I look forward to working with the team and enhancing our property operations."

Ms Atkinson's appointment aligns with Harcourts NSW's people-first philosophy and core values. "What drew me to Harcourts were their People First priority and their Values. I look forward to supporting the NSW PM network and Property Management Teams to build, organically grow and manage the Strata and Rent Roles," she explains.

Her approach to client service reflects a straightforward philosophy: "Nothing more than 'hello' and 'how can I help you?'. Isn't that the most important stuff?" says Toni.

Karmen Costigan, Harcourts Head of Property Management, welcomed the appointment: "I'm delighted to have someone of Toni's calibre and experience join Harcourts NSW."

"Toni's focus on fostering strong relationships with clients and her unparalleled expertise in property management make her an invaluable addition to our team."
