ONE AGENCY has continued its rapid national expansion with the launch of a Chester Hill office, its 13th new location in 2025.


The move comes in the wake of the network’s international conference and the release of its proprietary industry app, reinforcing the group’s momentum in a competitive market.


The Chester Hill office is led by father-and-son team Joe and Michael Fares, who rebranded from a major national network to join ONE AGENCY.


Both are long-time operators in the region, combining decades of experience in sales and property management. Their reputation for reliability and consistent service has anchored their success in the local community.


The pair said that ONE AGENCY’s structure, with its transparent fee model and streamlined systems, made the decision to switch straightforward.


“Being part of an innovative and strong network along with a fair and balanced fee structure has made the move to ONE AGENCY a refreshing change,” Joe Fares said.


Another factor in the decision was the network’s investment in technology. ONE AGENCY has developed a proprietary hub, known as ONE PLACE, which provides members with media, marketing, PR and resource tools.


The platform has been credited with generating thousands of leads and simplifying day-to-day operations across the group.
