Client-Centric Focus Propels STRUD Property From $1M to over $10M GCI Last Financial Year

Dynamic independent agency, STRUD Property, is continuing to break records and new ground in their highly-competitive marketplace of Ipswich in Brisbane’s south-west.


Having only been an independent office for just over three years, STRUD Property, led by highly-awarded principal Jordan Strudwick, has gone from strength-to-strength achieving rapid growth and over $10 Million in GCI in the last financial year alone.


STRUD Property launched in late 2021 in partnership with industry-disruptors, URBAN X, driven by a steadfast focus on providing a personalised service and creating long-term, positive relationships. According to Jordan, the main factor in the switch from his former franchise group to the pioneering platform was the freedom it enabled him to lead his business and be the agent he wanted to be.


“My values didn’t align under the franchise model, and I found I wasn’t being the agent and leader I wanted to be. “Starting STRUD Property has allowed me to create a business that aligns with my core values and more importantly, allows me to focus on our clients and make a genuine difference,” says Jordan.


Now approaching their fourth year in business, the office has grown at a remarkable and rapid rate, achieving over 127% growth in GCI with more than 350 properties sold since their widely-publicised launch.


The property management arm of the business has also been a key focus. Having started from scratch, the team now boasts a significant rent-roll of close to 400 properties under management.


Jordan attributes the success of STRUD Property to the extensive support received from the URBAN X platform that allows him to focus on his clients and staff, while growing his own brand.


“URBAN X takes care of the majority of my backend tasks, giving me more time to focus on growing my business. It’s a great partnership because they give me the support I need to ensure that all my clients are getting the best service and experience.


This dedication to service has resulted in significant business growth, taking Jordan and his team from $1M in yearly GCI prior to starting STRUD Property, to achieving $10M GCI in the last financial year, only four short years later – a true testament to the power of the partnership.
